Field Trip to Aural Fixation and James Dean Death Car Experience June 9

While I was in Boston I had to stop by WMBR at MIT in Cambridge.
Fun Facts: 1. At one point some DJ filed records in their library by the Dewey Decimal System?!?! Had that DJ ever heard of the phrase "user friendly"!?!?! 2. Their call letters were WTBS until they were bought by Ted Turner who saved their behinds. Don't say corporate broadcasting mongruls never do anything worth while.
I met the super nice Saturday Rock Chicks Sue and Lisa. Walking Punk Rock Bag Pin Cushion Keith from BOC was also at the station.
It was wonderful to meet them and I hope to see them again soon as I'm thinking about plans to step out of the Valley Bubble. Anyone with leads on cheap Non-Punk Rock (yep, I'm selling out) housing in Sommerville / Cambridge and/or Full Time Library Jobs get in touch.
